Standard shipping within Australia is $8, or free for orders over $70.

Express shipping within Australia is $12.

Standard shipping within New Zealand is $12, or free for orders over $85.

International shipping is $15, or free for orders over $100.

Please Note: Orders take 7-12 business days to process and craft. The delivery window you select will begin once your order has been processed. 

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with your  tracking number.

With the tracking number provided please contact your local Post Office for any further delivery details. If you still have not received your order please contact us at hello@redstarthelabel.com and we will do our best to help you resolve the matter.  

We use three special preservatives all derived from natural ingredients and advise our customers to use within 6 months of opening for highest quality. Unopened products, that are not exposed to heat and high temperatures have a shelf life of approximately 12 months.

We recommend storing our products in a cool, dry setting under 75 degrees F/ 24 degrees C to preserve their quality. 

All of our products are made in our production studio in Sydney, NSW, Australia.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you have any questions or concerns about your order please contact us at hello@redstarthelabel.com .

EXCHANGES

We only replace defective or damaged product.  Please contact us at hello@redstarthelabel.com  where we are happy to assist you. 

When an order is placed we begin processing immediately, to ensure prompt delivery. We are unable to cancel or change an order once it has been submitted. Please check that your billing and address details are accurate before submitting your order.
